Q. When does your 2013 Season Begin & End?

Q. How far are you from Gatlinburg?
A. We are approximately 12 miles from Gatlinburg
Q. Do you have cabins to rent or just campsites?
A. Yes, we have an array of beautiful Smoky Mountain cabin rentals, view amenities, rates, availability and make your reservations online 24/7!
Q. What is the "best" way to come to your park?
A. If you do not mind sitting in traffic, thru pigeon forge & gatlinburg, but if you drive to exit 440 (newport) you will miss most of the traffic. Take exit # 435 Newport if coming east bound on Hwy 40 and Exit 440 if coming west bound on Hwy 40. Click Here for Directions
Q. Can we put a second family on our campsite in a tent?
A. Each campsite is for one family only. A second family would be required to reserve another campsite
Q. How many people can we put on a campsite?
A. A campsite can accommodate a family of 8 persons
Q. Can we put a tent on a full hook up site?
A. Tents are not allowed on full hook up sites, you must reserve a tent site.
Q. Can we request a specific campsite?
A. We welcome your requests and will do our best to accommodate you; however, we are unable to guarantee a specific site.
Q. Are we allowed to bring pets?
A. Yes, your pets are welcome as long as they are cleaned up after, kept on a leash and supervised at all times. Pets are not permitted in or on rental unit sites or in any park buildings.
Q. How large of an RV will your park accomodate?
A. We have a few sites that will accomodate a 40' plus. It is our recommendation to make your reservations as early as possible, in order to obtain the larger full hookup campsites.
Q. What time does the water slide open & close?
A. 12 pm - 6 pm (weather permitting)
Q. What time does the pool open & close?
A. 10 am - 10 pm for Memorial weekend and mid June - Labor Day weekend (weather permitting). 10 am - 8 pm in the value season (weather permitting).
Q. Is there a charge for the waterslide?
A. No, The water slide and NEW FUN ZONE are included with your site.
Q. What time does the arcade close?
A. The arcade closes at 11 pm in the summer and 9 pm in the spring/ fall.
Q. Can we bring our own personal golf cart?
A. Personal golf carts are allowed under the following conditions: Proof of insurance is provided at check-in, Limit 1 golf cart per campsite. No drivers under the age of 21 permitted. Park Golf Cart Rules will be provided at check-in and must be followed at all times.
Q. Are bicycles allowed?
A. Yes, helmets are recommended and young children should have adult supervision. We ask for the safety of our guests and staff that bicycles NOT be ridden after dark.
Q. Can I fish in the pond?
A. Yes, you may purchase a wristband in the general store for $7.00 per day, this is for two fish, you may not catch and release
